a little about me
From a young age, I have been deeply interested in literature, language, and the psychology of the human brain—especially how we interact with others. Throughout my childhood and early adulthood, I struggled to understand why I felt different from many of my peers. My love of literature allowed me to explore different perspectives through stories, plays, and poems, which perfectly aligned with my experience of autism and my innate need to understand every viewpoint.
As I grew, my focus shifted from books and poetry to people—both as individuals and within society. I became fascinated by the impact language has on the brain. No matter the situation, my mind naturally adopts a psychoanalytical perspective. I have always believed that knowledge is power, but understanding is the key to making sense of the world around us.
With over a decade of experience in psychology, my passion for human behavior led me to work in early intervention—helping children at a crucial stage to prevent long-term negative impacts on individuals, families, and society. This drive led me to pursue an Honours Degree in Early Years Education and Childhood Studies, where I focused on developmental psychology, attachment theory, adverse childhood experiences, special educational needs (Autism/ADHD), learning processes, leadership, and the education system.
However, I soon realized that my purpose extended beyond this scope. I continued my studies, earning a Master's Degree in Psychology alongside further specialized training. With my ability to connect complex ideas—much like a computer weaving information together—I developed a neurobiological approach that integrates both the brain and body.
My work involves analyzing personality through both nature and nurture, identifying areas that may need attention, and creating structured plans for personal growth. This may include overcoming trauma, understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and using language to navigate relationships effectively. I also guide individuals on engaging in safe, meaningful conversations, setting goals, making lasting changes, forming healthy habits, and breaking negative cycles.
Through lived experience, I bring transparency, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with my clients. This work is more than a profession—it is an opportunity to provide support to those in need. Life coaching allows me to work with a diverse range of individuals, offering one-on-one support as well as group sessions where collective therapy and shared experiences can be profoundly beneficial.
