What Is Eye Movement Therapy?
Eye movement therapies such as Brainspotting provide a safe space to access and process deep-seated emotions, even those held at a subconscious level. These therapies promote insight, clarity, and healing by helping the brain and body release stored tension.
By alleviating heightened emotional responses, Eye Movement Therapy enables more rational thinking and a deeper processing of past experiences. I realise at times there can be barriers for potential clients with conflicting schedules, children, work and distance. Neuro-Self offers both in-person and remote options, to make sure I can support those out of reach or who find more comfort being in their own safe place.
